Las Vegas, NV, APRIL 11, 2022 – Anderson Business Advisors is recognized as one of 55 companies and organizations in Nevada to win the 2022 Top Workplaces, a prestigious regional award based entirely on anonymous employee feedback.

Energage, a Philadelphia-based research company conducted the extensive employee survey process which measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few. 

Since its founding in 2007, when it launched the industry’s first employee engagement survey, Energage uses 15 culture drivers organized into four themes or “imperatives.” Then, a seven-point Likert scale measures feedback statements, from Strongly Disagree to Neutral to Strongly Agree, to gauge employee engagement. A high score indicates a healthy organization. Energage publishes its yearly Top Workplaces award winners in local newspapers. 

This year on the Nevada Top Workplaces list, 13 more companies made the list compared to last year, a record number for this campaign. The specific rankings for small, midsize, and large companies and individual leadership awards will be announced at a live event in the fall.
