NOTICE
Extension Requests for 1120 Dec Corps and 1040 Individual Returns are no longer being accepted.
At this time, we are ONLY accepting Extension Requests for the following return types:
- March C-Corporation (1120)
- Nonprofit (990)
Please note: Extensions Requests for any other Tax Type or Year-End are NOT being accepted; this includes Individual (1040), Trusts (1041), Partnerships (1065), S-Corporations (1120S), December, June, and September C-Corporations (1120).
It is essential that you have your entity’s exact EIN and 2022 tax filing status when submitting this request for your business return extensions. Personal 1040 extensions will need the taxpayer’s SSN and filing status.
We kindly request that you provide accurate details when completing the form. Any requests that contain incomplete or incorrect information may lead to an incorrect or missed extension filing. If you are uncertain of what to enter on this form, please get in touch with us directly.
***The Deadline for submitting this Request Form for:
- Nonprofit (990) Extension is 5 p.m. PST on May 14th, 2024;
- March C-Corp (1120) is 5 p.m. PST on July 14th, 2024;
***After these deadline dates, the form will be closed for the mentioned tax types.
