The Tax Extension Request Form is now CLOSED.

Extension Requests for (1120S) S-Corporation and (1065) Partnership Returns for the 2025 Tax Year are no longer being accepted.

The Request Form will reopen at 9:00 a.m. PST on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, to accept ONLY the following 2025 Extension Requests:
