Extension Requests for 1120 June Year-End Corporation Returns are no longer being accepted.
The Request Form will reopen at 9:00 a.m. PST on October 1, 2025, to accept ONLY the following extension requests:

• September Year-End C-Corporations (1120)

• For questions about your tax return due date and extension eligibility, or to learn more about IRS guidelines, please see “What is the due date of my federal tax return, or am I eligible to request an extension?”
