Deidre Defoe, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Deidre Defoe is an obstetrician and gynecologist focused on women’s intimate health and wellness. Dr. Defoe is a graduate of Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and the Howard University School of Medicine. She is an active member and representative of the Howard University Medical Alumni Association (HUMAA), and is currently the Director of Medicine at Innovation Health in Virginia.
William L. Doss, III, MD, MBA
President
Dr. Doss is a 1991 graduate of the Howard University College of Medicine, and has been the President of the Howard University Medical Alumni Association (HUMAA) since 2018. Dr. Doss is a practicing PM&R and pain management physician at the Hampton Veterans’ Affairs Medical Center in Hampton, VA. Dr. Doss has extensive experience in private practice with over twenty years in practice in the Portsmouth, Virginia area.
Dr. Doss taught Business of Medicine courses to medical students at the Brody School of Medicine from 2014-2017. He is also the author of a chapter in The Business of Healthcare.
